This role emphasizes resident satisfaction, timely reporting, and on-site team leadership. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 3+ years of property management experience and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations across maintenance, leases, budgeting and reporting.
• Support leasing staff to reach marketing and lease renewal goals.
• Maintain residents' files and ensure excellent resident service and conflict resolution.
• Track advertising and client traffic and ensure on-site team alignment with Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Lead and coach on-site staff to sustain market-ready properties.
• Ensure on-site team adheres to company procedures and delivers superior customer service.
