Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Assistant Property Manager for the Uptown Lake multifamily community. You will support the Property Manager with daily operations, budgeting, leasing, and marketing while delivering excellent resident service.

Requirements include 2+ years in on-site multifamily management and Yardi experience, with a 9:30-6 schedule Mon-Thu and 9:00-5:00 Fri. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on-site Multifamily Property Management experience, including leasing, resident support, and rent collection.
• Yardi systems experience required; CRM, Rent Cafe, Knock preferred.
• On-site schedule: 9:30-6:00 Mon-Thurs and 9:00-5:00 Fri.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic; manage on-site team performance.
