Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally work in the United States.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment assessment, drug screen and background check.
• Experience with mill computer systems (SAP/MES) and Office Suite.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork in High-Performance Work Team culture.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to maximize uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care practices.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in self-directed teams.
• Operate safely around heavy equipment and confined spaces when required.
