Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Warren, OH is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technically advanced machines in a leading manufacturing facility. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems, support maintenance practices, and contribute to continuous improvement within a high-performance work system.

Required are 18+ years, high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn plant computer systems (SAP, MES, MS Office).
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pre-employment screening and PAT tests required.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or industrial mechanical/electrical fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot asset operating equipment to ensure machine uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement within Multicraft responsibilities.
• Document daily performance metrics and maintain records.
• Work in a high-performance team culture with safety and accountability at the forefront.
