Kimberly-Clark in Warren, OH is seeking a Multicraft Partner responsible for inspecting, repairing, and optimizing high-speed manufacturing equipment. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems, drive continuous improvement, and support a safety-first work culture in a High-Performance environment.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts (nights and weekends) and willingness to pass assessments. Starting wage is $40.00 USD per hour, with benefits and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment screening and PAT.
• Experience with high‑speed manufacturing or industrial mechanical/electrical fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines to ensure uptime.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems and document outcomes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and autonomous maintenance.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and follow standard procedures.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
