Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass pre-employment drug & background screening; PAT.
• Safety-focused with hazard recognition experience.
• Able to use mill computer systems (SAP, MES, Microsoft Office).
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect high-speed, technically advanced machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical equipment to maintain uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care to drive improvements.
• Develop skills and knowledge in Multicraft area and share with team.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in self-directed work teams.
• Adhere to standards with daily accountability and continuous improvement.
