Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of front-office/medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling and practice management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized administrative support to assigned clinics.
• Schedule patient initial evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Answer and manage clinic phone coverage and voicemails.
• Enter and maintain patient information in systems.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership to support efficient workflows.
