Drayer Physical Therapy in Stanhope, NJ is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth and patient intake functions. This entry-level office role collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic procedures and a welcoming front office environment.

The PCC-I handles scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and non-clinical documentation while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills – relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• As a team member, possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to influence arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits.
• Monitor caseload, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Attend required trainings and complete compliance training.
