Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, bank accounts, and credit card statements for multiple clients.
• Process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee payroll processing, including tax reporting and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for client reporting.
• Assist in tax preparation by organizing financial data for accountants.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and government regulations.
• Provide client support and answer inquiries related to financial reports.
• Collaborate with CPAs and accountants on financial reporting and planning.
