Job summary

Unify CPA & Payroll in Fort Collins, CO, seeks a non-traditional Staff Accountant focused on client financial processing, tax returns, and ongoing business strategy.

You will assist with processing client financial information, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, sales tax returns, 1099s, and related reports, and support client projects. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and Microsoft Office is required; experience serving small businesses is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in full‑charge bookkeeping, with general knowledge of payroll and sales taxes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong aptitude for figures and problem‑solving.
