Enviromedica in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the trusted bridge between customers and our brand across phone, email, and digital channels. You will help with orders, fulfillment, and resolving issues with empathy and accuracy.

You’ll monitor reviews, coordinate with Sales and Fulfillment, and strive to deliver consistent, high‑quality service while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proven customer support experience or client service
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail
• Proficient with technology for inbound calls, email, and case management
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support best practices
• Ability to adapt to a variety of customer needs and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with time management and goal-oriented mindset

Aufgaben

• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, support cases, and emails promptly
• Enter and manage customer sales orders, returns, and related data
• Assist customers with product questions, selection, and troubleshooting
• Provide solutions for order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery issues
• Resolve concerns by identifying root causes, offering solutions, and following up
• Maintain and update customer accounts in company databases
• Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations for smooth issue resolution
• Monitor knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
• Respond to customer reviews across platforms and escalate as needed
• Handle eCommerce marketplace customer service and ensure timely resolution
• Document support interactions and generate reports
• Aim to meet or exceed team performance goals (response times, CSAT)
