Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web quotes.
• Resolve product issues and provide guidance and operating instructions.
• Provide updates on order status, availability, shipping and fulfillment.
• Create and maintain customer accounts including pricing and terms.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, RMAs, and warranty claims with accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams for seamless processing.
• Document interactions and customer feedback for process improvements.
