Wonder is seeking a General Manager in Belmont, MA to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will supervise a multifunctional team, own the local P&L, and drive labor efficiency, food costs, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, food or eCommerce.
• Proven leadership with track record of growth and advancement.
• Strong ability to own P&L, set KPIs, and drive operational results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to labor, food safety, and compliance standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and manage shelf life adherence.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Monitor feedback and trends to drive data-informed service excellence.
• Set and track KPIs, aligning internal and external contributors.
• Hire, onboard, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing hourly team.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and external partners.
• Create a collaborative, on-brand environment with third-party teams.
• Address performance issues using coaching tools and ensure labor law compliance.
• Own the location’s P&L, influence costs, and drive margins.
• Develop KPIs related to guest experience, order accuracy, throughput, and financial performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities.
• Build action plans around performance insights and customer feedback.
• Own and drive talent pipelines, succession readiness, and trainer deployment for new openings.
• Mentor managers-in-training for leadership roles at other locations.
• Model company values and drive growth through staffing and development planning.
• Serve as on-site contact for brand partners and vendors; maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
• Ensure brand operating in kitchen adheres to Wonder’s service and quality standards.
• Represent Wonder in local community and business interactions.
