The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong cost control, and collaboration with partners across brand, HR, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or big-box leadership.
• Strong cost control and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to hit sales and service targets.
• Monitor progress toward financial and performance goals and adjust strategies.
• Ensure each food/beverage concept meets brand standards.
• Foster learning, accountability, and professional development.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong teams across the plaza.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management for leaders.
• Ensure policy compliance with laws and company procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities.
