Subway Group in Virginia is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee four key areas: coordinating activities across a geographic area, training and coaching restaurant managers, creating plans and setting goals for assigned restaurants, and being a collaborative team player.

Day-to-day responsibilities include training shift managers and staff, maintaining staffing levels, leading teams to meet operating standards, driving sales via reports, and supporting both local and national marketing

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Must be an excellent communicator with great interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making skills are imperative.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff; computer knowledge is essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support activities within assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support managers on operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers.
• Provide leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff in efforts to achieve sales goals with reports highlighting opportunities.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
