Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit management responsibilities.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote loyalty programs.
• Operate POS system and ensure accurate transactions and receipts.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing to support guest service goals.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory control, and compliance with policies.
