Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote promotions, trade-in and loyalty programs.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and store administrative duties.
• Ensure inventory control, loss prevention, and accurate POS transactions.
