Job summary

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Store Manager will manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions quickly and courteously, assist with gaming purchases, inform guests of promotions, and thank guests for shopping at GameStop.
