Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Support the total shopping environment, promotions, and guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns using POS accurately and courteously.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance before shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll/timeoffs; monitor breaks.
• Protect assets and perform loss prevention practices.
