Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Manage payroll administration and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
