Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all non-exempt associates.
• Lead store operations in absence of Store Manager and ensure standards are met.
• Analyze store reports and manage controllable expenses.
• Schedule associates to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, train and develop associates; address relations issues as needed.
• Protect assets through loss prevention practices and inventory processes.
