Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in retail.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and schedules.
• Exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations to meet company standards.

• Manage the stockroom, front end and sales floor with productivity.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
