Job summary

Avolta AG in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Manager II to assist branch leadership in tactically executing QSR/casual dine restaurant operations. You will ensure opening, staffing, cleanliness, and adherence to high standards across the unit.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, help with scheduling, conduct interviews, oversee beverage policies, cash handling, health and safety programs, and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in food & beverage, cash handling and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak read and comprehend instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Assists GM/AGM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates.
• Ensures compliance with AB policies and staff adherence to procedures.
• Participates in interviewing and provides input on hiring and status changes.
• Prepares schedules and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods are taken.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions per policy.
• Monitors health and safety compliance and reports concerns to GM.
• Understands and performs Health & Safety activities.
• Places orders and receives goods; processes invoices.
• Keeps current contact information for all associates.
