Job summary

Empire Portfolio Group seeks a Multi Unit Sales and Operations Manager to lead Orangetheory Fitness studios. You will attract, train and develop talent across Sales and Operations, drive revenue through new member conversions, and ensure studios hit sales targets with strong KPI discipline.

You will oversee staff development, plan workshops, and maintain high customer service standards while coordinating payroll and commissions across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in a fitness setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and train your dream team—Sales and Operations Managers.
• Lead teams to generate new business via lead generation and member conversions.
• Set and meet sales goals for multiple studios.
• Allocate time in all studios based on managerial needs.
• Review and educate on KPI across studios and managers.
• Staff development and succession planning.
• Schedule and plan education workshops for teams.
• Assist Fitness Manager with coach evaluations as needed.
• Maintain high customer service scores reflected in NPS.
• Oversee payroll, commissions and timecard reconciliation.
