Empire Portfolio Group seeks a Multi Unit Sales and Operations Manager to lead recruitment, training and development of sales and fitness teams across Orangetheory Fitness studios. You will drive growth, coach managers, and ensure top customer service while aligning with corporate goals.

You will oversee staffing, performance metrics, and education initiatives, fostering collaboration and delivering results. Strong leadership and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of managerial experience in a fitness setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and talent development experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and train Sales Managers and Operations Managers.
• Lead teams to generate new business via lead generation and member conversions.
• Set and meet sales goals across multiple studios.
• Allocate time in all studios based on managerial needs.
• Review KPIs and provide coaching to managers and studios.
• Staff development and education workshops scheduling.
