7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to directly oversee 12–14 store locations and guide a team towards exceptional customer service. You will participate in a structured training program that typically lasts 12 months, with pathways to senior operations roles and career growth across the business.

The role includes responsibility for merchandising, cash/inventory control, and budget considerations, with a company vehicle provided upon appointment to a district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of district/operations management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ongoing auto insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple stores.
• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, cash and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
