Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent retail district/operations management experience.
• 5+ years managing district or regional operations for retail, or 100+ employees.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations and ensure store performance.
• Train and supervise Store Leaders and staff.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory.
• Manage budgets, maximize sales and control expenses.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
