7-Eleven in the United States seeks an Area Leader Trainee to directly oversee 12-14 store locations and train Store Leaders to provide exceptional customer service and operations. The role emphasizes merchandising, cash/inventory control, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

The 12‑month training program offers strong growth potential into multi‑unit operations management, with a company vehicle available for business use upon district appointment.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Relocation to the assigned area may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations as an Area Leader Trainee.
• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs and control cash and inventory.
• Motivate teambuilding and promote excellent customer service.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management; manage P&L and budgeting.
