Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations
• Experience staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
• Experience with merchandising, cash/inventory control, and customer service leadership

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting customer service excellence
• Focusing on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales and controlling expenses
• Setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management
