7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to directly oversee 12-14 store locations in the assigned district. You will train and develop Store Leaders to deliver outstanding customer service while learning multi-unit operations and P&L management.

The program lasts about 12 months with hands-on training, a clear path to leadership and a company vehicle for business use once appointed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional ops management experience.
• Experience managing 100+ employees and multiple stores.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations as Area Leader Trainee.
• Train store staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage merchandising, cash control, inventory, and P&L.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
