7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations. You will train staff, implement merchandising plans, control cash and inventory, and drive store performance while promoting top-notch customer service.

The role includes leadership development with potential advancement over 2–5 years and company-provided vehicle during transition. Qualified candidates will have a 4-year degree or significant experience managing multiple retail units.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional retail management experience.
• Proven ability to staff, train and lead store leaders.
• Strong focus on merchandising, cash/inventory controls and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Implementing merchandising programs and promoting customer service excellence.
