7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations and develop high-performing teams. You will train Store Leaders and drive merchandising, cash/inventory controls, and customer service excellence across a district.

The program emphasizes 12 months of training, with rapid career growth into district leadership, including P&L management, budgeting, and strategic execution. A company vehicle is provided upon appointment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with active auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 store locations.
• Train and develop Store Leaders.
• Manage merchandising programs, cash handling and inventory control.
• Lead budgeting and profit/loss management.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.
