7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee to oversee 12-14 store locations in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate merchandising programs while managing cash, inventory, and store operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and a path toward district management. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required, with relocation supported after training and a company vehicle for business use upon appointment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single store with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating and teambuilding, and promoting excellent customer service.
• A focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses.
• Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management.
