Job summary

Dollar General seeks an experienced Area Manager to oversee all stores in the assigned region with full P&L responsibility, driving sales growth and operational excellence.

You will lead store teams, ensure exceptional customer service, manage budgets and inventories, and champion talent development while traveling weekly in a company vehicle. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and four+ years of retail management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility and full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience will be considered.
