Job summary

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams by ensuring a culture that fosters the company's mission and values.
• Drive area sales growth to meet or exceed targets through effective planning and execution.
• Oversee inventory presentation and stock flow, loss prevention and expense control.
• Travel weekly in a company-provided vehicle to cover multiple stores within the area of operation.
