Miskiri Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead strategy, financial health, and daily operations across all restaurant locations. This senior role directs senior management, enforces brand standards, and drives long-term profitability while ensuring exceptional hospitality and strict cost controls.

The DO collaborates with executive leadership to optimize guest experience, maintain compliance, and steward capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (Area Manager, District Manager, or Director of Operations).
• Advanced understanding of restaurant financial metrics, budgeting, and cost-accounting software.
• Proven ability to manage and coach remote management teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between locations (up to 50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, financial health, and day-to-day operations of all restaurant locations.
• Lead senior management and enforce brand standards to drive profitability.
• Monitor and optimize guest experience and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain for menu engineering, promotions, and site openings.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate General Managers and Executive Chefs; manage talent pipeline.
