Job summary

Dunkin' Brands is seeking a Market Leader to provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants. You will support Restaurant Managers to optimize operations, guest service, and profitability while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales, delivering training, and driving consistency across sites. Travel between locations is required to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to lead and train multi-site teams.
• Fluent in English with solid written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to 5-8 restaurants.
• Ensure portfolio restaurants meet Brand standards and food safety.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations and profitability.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and managers.
• Deliver training on marketing windows, LTOs and Brand initiatives.
• Lead team meetings and communicate the vision clearly.
• Travel between restaurants as required (requires travel).
