Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to provide leadership and coaching to 5–8 restaurant units. You will support Restaurant Managers to ensure high-quality operations, guest service, and brand standards across the portfolio.

You will analyze sales to improve profitability, develop business plans with the director of operations, recruit and train managers, and drive brand initiatives while maintaining a five-day work week and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Two years of multi-unit or related hospitality experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer, math and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–8 restaurant portfolio with coaching and direction.
• Ensure brand standards, operations, and food safety across sites.
• Analyze sales, drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Develop business plans and action plans with directors.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers.
• Deliver training on marketing windows, LTOs, and brand initiatives.
