Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants, coaching Restaurant Managers to ensure brand standards and superior guest service while maximizing sales and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and develop managers, analyze performance, and collaborate with the director of operations to execute marketing initiatives and new product launches across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing 5-8 units or similar multi-unit operations.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for driving profitability.
• Ability to train and develop restaurant managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Restaurant Managers to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze sales and operations to drive improvements in profitability and execution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan and monitor performance, and communicate goals with the director of operations.
