Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead 5–8 restaurants, coach Restaurant Managers, and ensure brand standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across the portfolio.

You will analyze sales, drive operational improvements, recruit and develop leaders, and deliver training on marketing windows, new products, and programs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• 2 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Lead 5–8 restaurants to meet brand operational standards and guest service, and drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.
• Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
