Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead a portfolio of 5-8 restaurant locations. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction, and lead training in marketing initiatives and new product launches.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of multi-unit or similar hospitality experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in English. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• 2 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio meet Brand standards and food safety standards.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales, and profitability.
• Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with the director of operations and restaurant managers.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
• Lead team meetings.
• Deliver training to restaurant managers on topics including marketing windows, LTOs, and Brand initiatives.
• Ensure restaurants execute new products and processes in marketing windows.
• Develop business plans for their portfolio and action plans with the director of operations.
• Drive a clear vision and communicate it to the team.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.
• Manage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support performance and execution.
• Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
