Job summary

Church's Chicken is hiring for an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants. You will supervise management, conduct meetings, and perform store visits to ensure consistent direction and high standards of service.

You will also conduct reviews, audits, and cash management, monitor sales and costs, and help drive local store marketing. Strong leadership, 21+ age, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Strong math skills and the ability to analyze profit and loss statements.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management and conduct meetings and store visits.
• Counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits to ensure quality service and cleanliness.
• Perform security/safety audits and cash management duties.
• Monitor daily/weekly/period end sales and cost figures to improve profitability.
• Assist managers in executing local store marketing.
