The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze profit and loss data to drive action. A college degree or 4+ years of management experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Willing to work ~55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze profit and loss data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants and ensure consistent standards.
• Supervise restaurant management and conduct meetings and site visits.
• Lead and counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct store and certification reviews, plus unannounced visits to monitor service, cleanliness, and operations.
• Perform performance reviews and assist with cash management and safety audits.
