Job summary

Church's Chicken | Askar Management seeks an experienced Multi-Unit Manager to lead a network of restaurants, driving sales, service, and profitability while fostering a positive culture across sites.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor labor and food costs to budget, implement promotions, and ensure brand standards. A valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations daily are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Competent with Windows and Office.
• Profit and Loss management.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead a network of locations to meet sales, service, and profitability goals.
• Create succession plans and develop staff across locations.
• Ensure brand and local standards are met and training is effective.
• Manage network labor and food costs to budget while achieving service goals.
• Implement promotions and new products successfully.
