Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to oversee 4-7 franchise locations with total sales of $10-12M+, guiding Restaurant Managers through training and coaching to achieve operational excellence.

You will set ambitious goals, analyze reports, manage staffing, ensure safety standards, and drive recognition across the market, mentoring Unit Level Management and teams.

This role emphasizes people leadership, strong communication, and the ability to partner with franchisees to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-sales volume ops management in a Fortune 500 environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing managers.
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated impact on customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ability to lead and build teams.
• Willingness to spend at least 30 hours weekly in restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support General Managers to meet customer satisfaction, sales and profit targets.
• Use reports to spot opportunities and enforce operational procedures.
• Coach and train managers and oversee national training and orientation.
• Manage staffing levels and participate in hiring/firing decisions.
• Uphold OSHA and safety standards.
• Drive recognition and motivation across the market.
• Address Employee Relations issues and provide assistance.
• Resolve R&M issues with R&M partners.
