Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of 5–10 restaurants. You will coach Restaurant General Managers and assist in achieving targets for guest service, margin, and employee satisfaction, while upholding food safety and brand standards across the area.

Your two primary roles are developing management capability and ensuring a consistent, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics and product specs.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Willingness to travel to designated stores regularly.

Responsabilités

• Build management capability by coaching RGMs and developing leaders.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and drive brand standards.
• Analyze financial performance and drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit and hire RGMs, AGMs and shift managers.
• Orient and train new managers and build a bench of leaders.
• Travel to designated stores to mentor staff and implement programs.
