Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within their location.

• Maintains and enforces safety, sanitation and training standards.
• Develops staff through training, performance reviews and coaching.
• Manages staffing levels and shift schedules to meet sales demands.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
