Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years P&L restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading diverse restaurant teams.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and shift leadership.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and ensure coverage.
• Coach and develop staff to meet business goals.
• Hire/terminate/promote staff; promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding/offboarding and safety procedures.
• Monitor financial and operational data to drive unit performance.
