Job summary

HMSHost in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a General Manager II to lead a QSR or Casual Dine restaurant or cluster of units with annual sales over $4M. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, opening/closing, and high operational standards.

You will oversee staffing, P&L, and engagement; drive revenue, monitor financial data, and implement brand standards while promoting HMSHost as employer of choice. The role requires strong leadership, experience managing multi-unit operations, and commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex restaurant operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations, ensure checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and meet objectives.
• Monitor financials and adjust operations to achieve unit goals.
• Ensure onboarding/offboarding and compliance with badging requirements.
