The role requires 7+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, completion of Apple II Training, and demonstrated ability to manage budgets, promotions and community engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Exemplary restaurant operations leadership and strong business acumen.
• Ability to champion and integrate change on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance within the location.
• Manage restaurant environment and guest experience to align with Company guidelines.
• Recruit, train and develop Managers and TEAM Members; ensure staffing and performance.
• Maintain budgets, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance; monitor inventories and costs.
• Lead weekly management meetings and drive continuous improvement across the unit.
